Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Once orders are shipped out customers receive the tracking information via email.
• Lost Packages: Indeu Apothecary is not responsible for packages once shipped out. Any packages that get lost during shipping process are  responsibility of the customer to follow up with the shipping courier. Customer is responsible to provide the correct address during the checkout process, we hold no responsibility for packages delivered to wrong address.
• Damages: We are not responsible for damages that have occured during the shipping process. Customers are able to file a claim with the shipping courier, we don't issue any refunds. Indeu Apothecary is not responsible for products that may be affected due to warm or cold weather climate, or mishandling by the shipping courier.

Refund Policy

All sales are final, we don't accept exchanges, returns or refund due to the nature of our products.

Allergy & Reactions

Please make sure to carefully read the descriptions and list of ingredients before making a purchase, to avoid any allergic reaction. We suggest test patch a pea amount of the product in a area, before using it on a large area.
